Hi Avery,
I'm working with kerberos and AIX, but since I'm a foreign person (an evil being, at least according of USA's crypto software laws :-) ) and I didn't find krb5 1.2.3 at cryptopublish.org site I'm still using version 1.2.2, so I don't know if I'm able to fully help you. When I start kadmin from an AIX host it hangs for some time and after that it finishes with the following message kadmin: Communication failure with server while initializing kadmin interface I'm sure kadmind and principals are OK, since from other systems (Linux and FreeBSD for instance), kadmin works well. > Date: 17 Jan 2002 15:42:00 -0800 > From: Avery <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: AIX 4.3.3.0 and kadmin does not work > > I've just finished building krb5 1.2.3 on AIX 4.3.3.0 and the client > portion works perfectly.
