yes the US does have a twisted definition of munitions or rather how
an algorithim and a bomb can be considered the same :(
Well I'm not experiencing any hanging of the command it starts right
up and I authinicate just fine. The problem is:
emu:/usr/krb5/sbin> ./kadmin
Authenticating as principal avery/admin@XXYYZZ with password.
Enter password:
kadmin: ?
kadmin: Unknown request "?". Type "?" for a request list.
kadmin: help
kadmin: Unknown request "help". Type "?" for a request list.
kadmin: quit
kadmin: Unknown request "quit". Type "?" for a request list.
kadmin: ^C
kadmin: ^X
[1]+ Stopped ./kadmin
Then I kill the suspended process. ??
I've never seen the error you are getting but it sounds rather low
level like the connection is not getting to your KDC (that would also
explain the hanging as waiting to time out). I'm not much of an AIX
guru, but that what it sounds like to me...
thanks,
-Avery
