Only as long as it's possible to forward multiple proxy tickets on request over telnet/ssh/http/whatever. That's not possible now. One approach to deal with that might be to run a proxy TGS on one's workstation and forward proxied tickets for the proxy TGS. Then the issue is how to pass information about where the proxy TGS is - that too could be solved with authz data.
