Hi Ken, thanks for your reply! Yes this seems exactly the issue; I just solaris2.1-9) to solaris2.[1-9]) in the configure script and everything seems to work fine. I see the patch will be in 1.7.1 so maybe I can try to compile with that version once available :-) Regards
