Bug description:
I wanted to file a bug regarding bluetooth, so I run 'ubuntu-bug
  bluez'.

Apport is launched and proposes the following:

  ----------------------------------------
Your bug report will be processed in few seconds.
If you can reproduce it, please follow the next steps:
      - Install the package 'bluez-hcidump'
      - Open a new terminal
      - Run the command "sudo hcidump -XYt > $HOME/hci.log"
      - Reproduce the actions until the error happens
      - On the terminal, press Ctrl+C to stop hcidump.
      - Attach the file hci.log to the bug report.
  ----------------------------------------

So I try to install the 'bluez-hcidump' package, but...

  ----------------------------------------
  % sudo apt-get install bluez-hcidump
  Reading package lists... Done
  Building dependency tree
  Reading state information... Done
Package bluez-hcidump is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'bluez-hcidump' has no installation candidate
