You should be able to find it here: https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/iwlwifi/linux-firmware.git/
Intel doesn't send every version of their firmware to upstream linux- firmware, only ones they've decided are stable enough. So in general we just stick to those versions, but it looks like there's not an option for this hardware. If you find your firmware there and find that it works I think we can go ahead and add it to Ubuntu's linux-firmware. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux-firmware in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1510616 Title: add new iwlwifi firmware for 7265D Status in linux-firmware package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: My Intel SDP has a version of the hw that needs at least "iwlwifi- 7265D-17.ucode", though I'm not sure where to get that, since upstream repo doesn't have it.
