The patches submitted for this bug turned out to not be the complete picture. I have not hit any issues with these patches, but there are additional patches that have been discovered recently as well as some bug fixes that will need to be upstreamed around the dwc3 driver to completely enable USB on the mustang platform. The current patch set will not be changed, just additional patches will be added to the set.
