The patches submitted for this bug turned out to not be the complete
picture. I have not hit any issues with these patches, but there are
additional patches that have been discovered recently as well as some
bug fixes that will need to be upstreamed around the dwc3 driver to
completely enable USB on the mustang platform. The current patch set
will not be changed, just additional patches will be added to the set.

  Currently USB is not enabled for arm64 platforms. The patches will enable USB 
for arm64 and for APM's Mustang platform.

  Insert a USB device into an APM Mustang based platform.

  [Regression Risk]
  This patch set enables USB for all arm64 platforms, but they have all been 
accepted by upstream and have been tested on a couple Mustang platforms.
