What wasn't this identified before? Wasn't a test kernel put together with these same patches and tested on an APM Mustang?

The patches will enable USB for arm64 and for APM's Mustang platform. [Test Case] Insert a USB device into an APM Mustang based platform. [Regression Risk] This patch set enables USB for all arm64 platforms, but they have all been accepted by upstream and have been tested on a couple Mustang platforms.
