I have the same issue on a Dell XPS-13-9343, with exactly the same
Broadcom chip. Just like the OP, it does not work on 4.13.0-24 - it
can't seem to find the Wifi. But works just fine on 4.13.0-22.

This is from my kernel on 4.13.0-22.
