Bug description:
ARM defines a Software Delegated Exception Interface (SDEI) that has
various uses, including an NMI-like mechanism for firmware to
interrupt the OS w/ RAS (ACPI APEI) events. Support for this has
landed upstream in the 5.1 merge window.
