Title:
disable ENA ethernet driver on snapdragon

Bug description:
There is no need to build the Amazon ENA ethernet driver for
snapdragon.
Unset CONFIG_ENA_ETHERNET in {bionic,disco}/snapdragon.
And in bionic this allows CONFIG_DIMLIB to be unset (but not for
Disco, as other drivers also use DIMLIB there).
