I tried to set the package for this bug to 'linux' but launchpad won't let me.
It returns the error "There is 1 error in the data you entered. Please fix it 
and try again. A fix for this bug has already been requested for linux in 
Ubuntu"

This says kernel bugs should be listed under 'linux'

  I'm using Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS amd64.
  Updating to kernel 5.4.0-84 seems to have been the cause.
