Did you try just copying the URL and accessing it from a different
laptop?

Alternately, you could, on the failing system run this:

ubuntu-bug --save=~/1967848-apport-logs linux

which will create a new bug report log file (there's, unfortunately, no
way to use apport-collect and NOT submit from the machine itself). But
you could then upload that created log file to this bug with just an
explanation that you were unable to send those logs from within your
test lab due to security restrictions.

Title:
FLOGI failure and port state bypassed connecting to 3PAR storage on

File a bug, point me to a patch, and I'll see if I can pull it. Though
we'd need more info... for are we talking the 4.15 GA kernel, or the
  5.4 kernel?

It would be a bit more involved If I have to pull the patch into 4
different kernels in order to get it back into 4.15 to avoid
regressions. BUT it's not difficult, assuming any patches are only
applied to lpfc. Once it lands in the scsi tree we can start looking,
though I'd be more comfy for it to be in linux-next or mainline.

I'll also need someone to fill out some info on the bug to create the
  SRU justification.

There is an issue in which we are seeing login failure with Ubuntu 18.04.3,
inbox driver version 12.0.0.0 but this issue is not seen with Ubuntu 20.04.2
with inbox driver 12.0.0.6. I found that upstream commit id
[0a9e9687acaf6ac1198fd41f03d64f8b92e4515e] could potentially fix this issue.
