Hi Jeffrey, I did more analysis on this and found that target is posting unexpected response to FLOGI ELS command because of which we are seeing FLOGI failure. We have traced down to target issue.

I'll also need someone to fill out some info on the bug to create the SRU justification. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- There is an issue in which we are seeing login failure with Ubuntu 18.04.3, inbox driver version 12.0.0.0 but this issue is not seen with Ubuntu 20.04.2 with inbox driver 12.0.0.6. I found that upstream commit id [0a9e9687acaf6ac1198fd41f03d64f8b92e4515e] could potentially fix this issue.
