To set a kernel parameter permanently, add it to /etc/default/grub in
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT.  Then run:

  sudo update-grub

and reboot.

Bug description:
  Since kernel versions 5.15.x I have a problem with graphics unit and
  display on screen.
