when ADL-P from IOTG was available for us, we use 5.19-rc3 public kernel with
ubuntu 22.04. it works well.
that is all our verification on ADL-P (IOTG).

Totally we ever did testing with public kernel version, 5.19-rc3, 5.19,
5.19.7, 6.0-rc6(latest kernel at that time), don't find hang issue.

this time, we testing Canonical Ubuntu 22.10 cycle, we come across this
issue. otherwise, we will get it earlier and contact upstream about this
kind of critical issue.
