Title:
NVME: Ubuntu 22.04 stuck in "connecting/resetting" nvme connections
state in scenario of IO and network disconnections.

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  1. Run IO on mixed volumes and snaps from 3 hosts - RH9 , Suse (SLES 15 sp4)
and Ubuntu (22.04.01)
  2. Running scripts of randome port toggeling

after short time (few minutes of running) - got into the following
state on the ubuntu host and IOs stopped arriving to the storage:

  root@sio-dcoe-116bs-3:~# nvme list-subsys
  nvme-subsys0 - NQN=nqn.1988-11.com.dell:powerflex:00:2b8275a55ee1a80f
  \
   +- nvme0 tcp traddr=172.24.177.191 trsvcid=4420 connecting
   +- nvme1 tcp traddr=172.24.177.189 trsvcid=4420 connecting
   +- nvme2 tcp traddr=172.24.177.188 trsvcid=4420 resetting
   +- nvme3 tcp traddr=172.25.177.187 trsvcid=4420 connecting
   +- nvme4 tcp traddr=172.25.177.186 trsvcid=4420 connecting
  root@sio-dcoe-116bs-3:~#

This situation remained, what seems to be forever.
