[Impact]
The screen is messup when setting non-native mode of eDP on AMDGPU.

Fixed by:
978fa2f6d0b12 drm/amd/display: Use scaling for non-native resolutions on eDP

[Test]
In gnome-setting the display resolution is 1920x1200, change it to 1600x900.
Check the screen if it's OK.
