Bug description:
  [Impact]
The screen is messup when setting non-native mode of eDP on AMDGPU.

  [Fix]
  Fixed by:
978fa2f6d0b12 drm/amd/display: Use scaling for non-native resolutions on eDP

  [Test]
In gnome-setting the display resolution is 1920x1200, change it to 1600x900.
Check the screen if it's OK.

  [Where problems could occur]
  It may break amdgpu.

The commit is included in Questing, and the platform is supported by 6.14+
kernel.
So SRU for plucky and oem-6.14.
