I'm not sure what's causing the LED to blink, but if as you say it does it even when the wifi is working then it probably doesn't tell us much right now. What I'm trying to determine right now is whether wifi doesn't work because it's blocked by rfkill or if those log messages are just a symptom of things you did to try and get the wifi working again.
