buf02.patch - BUF/BIO patch #2 (alpha quality)

    Here is the second iteration of the BUF/BIO patch.

        fetch http://apollo.backplane.com/DFlyMisc/buf02.patch

    This fixes a number of minor bugs in the SCSI part of the patch and
    reformulates the way vnode->v_numoutput is dealt with.
