buf03.patch - BUF/BIO patch #3 (alpha quality)

    Here is the third iteration of the BUF/BIO patch.

        fetch http://apollo.backplane.com/DFlyMisc/buf03.patch

    I messed up buf02.patch.  This fixes problems with it and also fixes
    a couple more bugs where the I/O count gets lost (preventing umount
    and sync from working).
