Okies folks, feel free to pull the fc14 kernels from koji and try them out on F-13.

I've added a module param for enabling radeon power management, which defaults to off, so feel free to turn it back on and give it a try by passing radeon.pm=1 to the kernel. Don't blame me if it turns your cat into a badger or fills your computer with cobras or something.
