From: Don Zickus <[email protected]> ARK used to build against the RHEL-8 buildroots. Going forward, it will build against the ELN buildroot (Fedora space). Adjust the spec file to handle these changes.
Still try to support RHEL-8 where possible. That is why the llvm-toolset is wrapped with el8. This is useful for internal developers.
