From: Don Zickus <[email protected]> ARK used to build against the RHEL-8 buildroots. Going forward, it will build against the ELN buildroot (Fedora space). Adjust the spec file to handle these changes.
This change still builds under RHEL-8 as llvm-toolset was a meta package for clang and llvm.
