redhat/configs: Enable CONFIG_DM_MULTIPATH_IOA for fedora
Commit 66051188e6e0 ("Update CONFIG_DM_MULTIPATH_IOA") enabled
CONFIG_DM_MULTIPATH_IOA in common, but left it disabled in fedora.
Remove the fedora config so in uses the common one.
