It rather does, or older Fedoras will have to start carrying a patch to drop
it similar to what we are having to do with the libcpupower.   From a Fedora
standpoint, we are at 6.11-rc7 right now. I expect we might get an rc8 with
this one. That means roughly 4 weeks from now, we have the 6.11 test week, and
the week after, I rebase all Fedora releases to it unless something horrible
comes out of test week.  F39 may skip the rebase depending on how close to EOL
it is, but F40 will definitely get it.
