The change in kernel size is negligible today AFAICT, so may as well be
builtin until it makes a difference.

That being said, if `PINCTRL_SC7280` and `INTERCONNECT_QCOM_SC7280` cannot be
modules, that should be fixed upstream (tristate -> boolean) unless there's a
fix in flight?
