File System Flags

these are some of the fs_flags  : 1. FS_BINARY_MOUNTDATA,
                                                      2. FS_REVAL_DOT,
                                                      3. FS_ODD_RENAME

in the file_system_type struct.  These  are mostly used in network file
systems. Please explain the importance and in what cases they must be used
??
