I feel better now about PCBNEW loading a BOARD with USE_PCBNEW_NANOMETRES defined after some work I did this weekend. I was a little nervous about that. It is still slow to load, I think this has to do with zone calculations being done in the higher resolutions, hopefully Jean-Pierre can help with that. To see Wayne's marvelous work, you can now load, then immediately save using Wayne's alternative file type in the save dialog window.
