Was thinking about NodeJS here also, and this gets stronger with the ability to 
load parts
in C++ underneath the SWIG interface.  (Oops, SWEET is not fully SWIGged out 
yet.)

DJango and NodeJS may need to audition against each other as we eat popcorn.
