No, SWEET pertains only to the part descriptions, i.e. what you find in a 
schematic library.

The new schematic file format is in proposal form, and is an *.odt document.   
The new
schematic format does incorporate some SWEET parts, since the PARTS_LIST can 
use both
references or inheritance to make use of parts which originate in a an external
LIB_SOURCE.   However, I would not expect the new schematic spec to actually 
duplicate the
SWEET spec.


I don't know that Wayne ever committed the new format spec, since he was not 
yet un-busy
enough to take questions about it.

If you want examples of SWEET files, run the bash script in new, it will 
generate stuff in
/tmp if you have one.

There is both a SWEET parser and a OO (LibreOffice) spec for SWEET in *.fodt 
file in
/new/.  The parser takes precedent where there is a discrepancy, only a couple 
of
discrepancies are likely.
