The dreaded 'dog bones' fanout... IIRC there are guides stating
*exactly* the pattern it should have to maximize available track
space... could be a prime candidate for a script.

Luckily I eschewed actual BGA layouts for now (since they have a bad
reliability reputation in our environment, if you don't do underfill).
Also AFAIK you need the somewhat expensive 0.1mm process to do that
correctly. But I'm digressing.
