Does 10.6.8 count? Should be older :-). I downloaded your latest .dmg, opened it, two kicad folders showed up, I picked one, opened kicad from it and it crashed. Unfortunately, the damned thing does not allow me to copy&paste the message from the problem(atic) report dialog.
But in short, it complains about missing symbol __tlv_bootstrap. Does it help?
