I don't think so. You need to name a net with a wire label in both sides of 
the wire (or more if the signal concerns more than 2 components).

If you make a direct connection of 2 components you can also name it althoug 
it is not mandatory. And also you can name a wire with more than one name. In 
this case all signals with whichever of this names are short-circuited.
