Greetings I am trying to create a simple new part in the Library Editor. I first draw the part rectangle and then begin adding pins. After a bit of editing the rectangle disappears and the Add Pin feature begins behaving inconsistently. In the Edit Pin dialog I also noticed that even if the Pin Name Inside radio button is clicked, Pin Names still appear on the outside.
I've tried making a new part in the Library Editor with the same unstable results. Thanks Rick L Please read the Kicad FAQ in the group files section before posting your question.
