To be qualified, one must demonstrate experience working in a high radiated noise environment. Experience in laying out switching power supplies would also be relevant. Our controller will switch some SERIOUS currents, so noise is our big enemy. We could lay out the board ourselves, but what we would really want from outsourcing is taking advantage of someone's expertise in avoiding noise issues.
