I am Marcelo Pessoa ! Last week I had my first contact with Kicad and I am very happy with it! I am an old user of Windraft and Winboard, a pair of tools developed by Ivex. Unfotunatelly the company closed and we all are lost! I suggested them to open the code for the users, but no one heard me! Looking for a new tool I found Kicad and really it seems to be a good solution for me. I have a small electronic company and the resources are very limited to buy expensive tools ! Do you know some similar tool for mechanical drawing?
