I've read a lot of messages about unconnected nets and most say the trace is probably not connected to the center of the pin. My problem seems to be different.
I have no ERC errors, but I get a message on the through hole components that the pads at x,y and x,y are not connected. The x,y coordinates are the same for both pads. I interpret this to mean that the top and bottom pads for the same hole are not connected. ie. the hole is not plated. Anybody know how to fix this? Also, I have a problem connecting to internal planes. I selected the proper layers for the via's and then selected the proper working layer and created/filled a zone. It looks like there are connections, but it still shows a ratsnest to the ground and power connections and I have unconnected nets. I have deleted and gone through that process twice. All help would be greatly appreciated.
