Hi. I have a two layer board and I made a ground plane zone on top and
bottom after I finished the layout and routing. When I sent the board
to the freedfm.com website it said I had traces too narrow, and the
pictures showed that the "traces" were all little fingers of the zones
that went into narrow places. I realize that I can increase the grid
size, or change the clearance settings to help eliminate this, but then
it makes ragged edges around pads and does not completely eliminate the
problem. It seems what we need is a setting for a "minimum fill width"
or something of the sort that would keep the zone from filling an area
that is narrower than the setting. Does this make sense?

Another problem I have is that I made vias to connect the top and bottom
ground zones together better, but when I delete the zone fill and
re-fill it goes around the vias. So I right click on the via and under
the "Change width" menu it says "Change Net", but when I click it
nothing happens. The net for the via is not changed. Am I missing
something, or is this not working correctly?

Thanks,
Moses McKnight
