Choose Parameter | Autoroute in the pulldown menu of the Freerouter. Then push "Detail Parameter" at the end of the Autoroute Parameter sheet, that pops up. In the Detail Autoroute Parameter sheet change the trace costs on the bridge layer to a large value for both directions. Eventually change also the via costs to a higher value. Now start the autorouter. Only if the autorouter is not able to route a connection completely on the trace layer, he will now insert a very short track with a via at each end point on the bridge layer. Alfons
