Thanks David, I went back and looked and the "POWER-IN-JACK-PMS" is
NOT from a Library that is bundled with Kicad. It is from Power-in.mod
from http://library.oshec.org/

The power connector that is actually bundled with Kicad appears to be
correct, although I did make my own last night that had round drill
holes instead of oval.
