Yes, I have been running BRL Cad since 1997. I use it for radar lumination of moving and stationary objects. The GUI is actually quite decent when you get used to it. BRL Cad also contains possibilities to do FEM on when you "throw" a mertal object very hard and fast on another object ( car, boat , tank etc ).
