What do you mean by a ratsnest not connected to anything? If there is a line then it must be connected to something.
PCBNEW will NOT allow you to route a track if that routing clashes with the clearance of other tracks (I've fallen into that trap several times) This gives the impression that PCBNEW will not allow a particular ratsnest line to be connected. If the ratsnest is connected to pins that you don't want connected at all, then place a NC (no connection) marker on that device in eeschema Andy On Sun, 12 Apr 2009 04:14:21 -0000 "dioiioib" <[email protected]> wrote: > Hello, > > is there any way to connect the ratsnest in PCBNEW I have a .brd file that > suddenly has traces that are not connected according to the ratsnest/netlist > file, I wouldn't worry as much if I did not need a ground plane and power > plane on the board. > > I am not apposed to connecting them manually if someone can give me insight > into reading and modifying the netlist file manually. > > > > ------------------------------------ > > Please read the Kicad FAQ in the group files section before posting your > question. > Please post your bug reports here.
