Any suggestions? I have read several papers on the subject from various
vendors, many dealing with SMPSes and D-class power amps. There is also a good
chapter in Newnes "know it all", but I am always open to suggestions to enhance
my library.

And yes, every IC on the board has a 100nF SMD cap as close as possible to the
power pins. In addition do the two FET drivers have one 47uF, low ESR close by.
The manufacturer suggests at least 4.7u
