Exactly. The exact *absolute* co-ordinates, measured from the fixed page 
origin. And this is what I wish would be improved upon, to allow for entering 
coordinates relative to for example the latest Relative coordinates reset or 
the Offset adjust origin.

Graphical lines _can_ also be edited in this way in the current stable version. 
Just right click the line, pick Edit drawing. There you have fields for start 
pos x/y and end pos x/y.

I've posted a feature request 2869830:"Option for other origin than the fixed 
page origin"
