Keep an eye on it and watch to see if it's seemingly not making progress. In particular watch the figures down at the bottom of the window to see if it's entirely failing to route nets.
If it does get stuck its worth looking to see what it has got stuck on, as I recently saw it get stuck for a very long time on two tracks that I was able to route manually (with FreeRouter) in a couple of minutes.
