Yes. Or use 0.3937 scale factor in 3D shape settings and assume that 1WU = 1 mm.

You should create new Material in Wings (right click->Material), set this
material Diffuse, Ambient
and Specular colors (white square in the right of sliders), then select
required faces and assign
them material. You can edit currently defined materials in Window->Outliner.

Wings has it's origin at axes crosspoint (0,0,0), KiCAD module has origin at
point with (0,0)
coordinates in module editor.
