This has a lot libs, but then scroll down to the bottom of the main page and click on the Pierre Launay searchb engine link which will take you here. http://per.launay.free.fr/kicad/kicad_php/composant.php Enter Microchip into the search box and you will find quite a number of Microchip devices that you can use. Iy might not be everything, but usually something close enough that is easily modifiable if needs be.
