Hi, You could always drill the holes bigger yourself if you have a drill press or use a hand reamer to enlarge the holes. As long as there's enough copper surrounding the hole it should be OK. Get the board fab to drill to it's max size hole and consider this as a pilot hole for subsequent drilling to a larger size.
